Be Mindful Of Your Thoughts..

This says it all… I’ve really had to watch that negative and self-critical voice in my head today! Thinking of starting a kind of swear-box (maybe just a mental tally) to try to stop the negative thinking in its tracks!

Positive thinking and positive visualisations are the way forward. Now to start practising what I know is right, rather than just “thinking” about it…
